Agreement to our Legal Terms
We are North Staffordshire Symphony Orchestra, doing business as NSSO ('we', 'us', or 'our').
We operate the website http://www.nssoorchestra.co.uk (the 'Website'). The Website offers you tickets to concerts performed at least in part by the NSSO and the ability to contact the orchestra (collectively, the 'Services'), all of which are covered by these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms').
You can contact us by email at nsso.orchestra@gmail.com or on the contact page on the website.
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and North Staffordshire Symphony Orchestra, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Privacy Policy
All Services are offered as per our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website.

Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Purchase of tickets
When buying an item, you agree that:
-
you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
-

The prices NSSO charge for our concerts are listed for each event once ticket sales are made available and are payable in Pound Sterling (GBP/'£'). We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. You agree to pay any transaction fee added to the price listed before confirmation is requested to proceed through the check-out payment process. This transaction fee is required by Wix.com as payment of the use of their online eCommerce platform and payment processing.

NSSO reserve the right to refuse any ticket order for our Concerts. We may, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in NSSO's judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Refund Policy
The North Staffordshire Symphony Orchestra is a charity, and its tickets are priced so to support the orchestra's continued operation and are in effect a donation, not in order to make a profit. In the event that you cannot attend our concert, a full refund will not be provided.
Unless noted as "to be confirmed", "to be decided", "subject to change" or was in some way identified as an unconfirmed, if the following occurs after your ticket(s) is purchased:
-
The date is altered,
-
The venue is altered,
-
The concert is cancelled,
you are entitled to full refund using the original payment method. This will be processed within 14 working days, however please allow up to four weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Alternatively, you can request to a same ticket type exchange for another concert as per purchaser's request. A partial refund will not be provided. Refunds will be to the original payment details, unless you provide us with an alternate.
Note: alterations to the members of NSSO performing within the concert do not warrant a full refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and therefore refunds and transfers will not be offered by NSSO in this instance.
We will update you should the event details change and your ticket will be valid for any concert after any rescheduling or venue change. You are responsible for claiming a refund, unless the event is cancelled, at which point the orchestra will inform you how the refund will be provided using the email information provided when purchasing the tickets.
To request a refund, or query your ticket, concert information or the orchestra in general, please go to our contact page on the website, or email nsso.orchestra@gmail.com.
