Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your ticket(s) purchase after payment has been processed, it is down to the orchestra's discretion to offer:

1. A same ticket type exchange for another concert as per purchaser's request. If the purchaser requests a concert where the ticket price is greater than the concert originally booked, the difference is payable from you to NSSO.

2. A full refund using the original payment method. This will be processed within 5 working days, however please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Unless noted as "to be confirmed", "to be decided" or was in some way identified as an unconfirmed, if the following occurs after your ticket(s) is purchased:

1. The programme of works is altered,

2. The conductor(s) is altered,

3. The soloist(s) is altered,

4. The accompanying group(s) to the NSSO is altered,

5. The date is altered,

6. The start time is altered,

7. The concert is cancelled,

8. The venue is altered,

you are entitled to a full refund using the original payment method as per "Refund Policy, paragraph 1, item 2". Alternatively, you can request to exchange your ticket as per point "Refund Policy, paragraph 1, item 1". A partial refund will not be provided.

 

Note: alterations to the members of NSSO performing within the concert do not warrant a full refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and therefore refunds and transfers will not be offered by NSSO in this instance.

For tickets purchased 'on the door'/upon admission to the concert, no refund will be provided.
